Sean Leitstein did his best to will Tennessee Temple University Crusaders to a win with a two-hit game, but Tennessee Temple University Crusaders dropped a 13-1 contest to Martin Methodist on Tuesday at Martin Methodist.


Leitstein got on base three times in the game for Tennessee Temple University Crusaders. He singled in the third and seventh innings.


Dustin Crumley shut down Martin Methodist while he was on the bump. Crumley gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his 2 1/3 innings of work.


Thomas, Bonifacio, Hill and Ray helped lead Martin Methodist . They combined for nine hits and eight RBIs.


The game was never in doubt after the first, as Martin Methodist scored two runs on an error and an RBI single by Bonifacio.


Martin Methodist added four more runs in the bottom of the third. The inning got off to a hot start when Bonifacio homered, scoring Fergeson. That was followed up by Ray's triple, bringing home Hill.


Tennessee Temple University Crusaders managed to score one run in the seventh inning on a sacrifice fly by Bradley Grant.
