Even though the Lady Crusaders finished 0-2 on the weekend they gave a great account of themselves on the whole after competing with last years NAIA I national semifinalist Lee University.

Temple headed into the Saturday match up, with the host team Lee University, who are ranked as the #7 team in the NAIA I Preseason poll. Lee coming off an all-star caliber performance from Brooke McKinnon who hit 42 the night before, ran into a temple team determined to do better.

Tennessee Temple Women's Basketball team hit the road on Thursday 4^th March to face King College in the NCCAA Division 1 Mid-East Region Semi-Final game. King College, a dually-affiliated NCAA II member, were the number 2 seed after finishing the regular season 15-11 and ranked 15^th in the NCCAA. TTU earned the number 3 seed after ending the regular season 11-14 and finishing 19^th in the NCCAA rankings.
