Black Team found wanting after Red pounds out 12 runs.              As soon as former Crusader Tom Kilgore threw out the first ball the Black team was on its heels!   In game one of the best of five series the Crusaders Red squad controlled from the beginning,  Led by the arm of Freshman Zach Duncan who showed promise by hurling a shutout and keeping Bats silent all day.  Offensively the Red squad was powered by freshman Diego Hernandez and Rob Vipond whom both homered in the game with Vipond's being a walk off to make the tilt 12-0.  Other highlights noted are outstanding defensive play by Nick Bolding, Chris Duncan and Cory Stafford.  The  Black team seeks to level the series today with a 3pm start.
