Game two saw ups and downs for the Black Squad.  The red side faced a 5-2 deficit most of the contest until errors and clutch hitting led to the demise of  a team struggling to get a break.  With their backs against the wall the Black squad faces elimination in game 3 of the best of five series.  Colby Cox the skipper of the losing team belted a two run homer in the first inning to start a good offensive showing for both sides, multiple hits by all and good pitching led  the game into a tie and saw a throwing error and wild pitch lead to and unearned run that sealed victory for the relentless Red side of the field resulting in a 12-11 final.  Highlights on offense were Jon Clayton, Chris Duncan, Corey Rhinehart and Mike Coccia.  Dalton Montgomery, James Lawson and Ryan Bruce had key plays during action.  Coach Whitley noted that Several pitchers looked improved including Sophomore Brandon Siltz, Freshmen David Stephenson and David Gonder.  The Red squad continues to be led by what seems a new player daily, Taylor Bryant, Chris Altman and Tyler Cross all played well and stellar base running by frosh Aaron Downing.  Mason Mills got the save for the red squad and Gonder took the loss.
