Tennessee Temple edged third-seeded Victory 73-70 in overtime as the USCAA Division I men's national basketball tournament began Wednesday in Uniontown, Pa. Honorable mention All-American Elliot Johnson sparked an 11-0 Temple spurt from a 53-43 deficit and totaled 31 points and 10 rebounds, and Travaris Clarke added 12 points. Second-team All-American Jarrett Smith had 11 reobunds, six assists and five steals for the Crusaders (20-11), who play a semifinal at 10 tonight. Temple's Amanda Rector was a second-team women's All-American; Angel Foster received honorable mention.
